Funding Opportunity for Energy Communities with Innovative Ideas
10 projects from Austria received funding under Call 1. On 5 May 2026, the European Energy Communities Facility will launch its second call for proposals!
Application period: 5 May to 5 July 2026
Energy communities – whether currently being established or already well established – can apply to the ENERCOM Facility for funding to develop their business plan.
There is an opportunity to receive
- up to €45,000,
- practical support
- and workshops.

An international information webinar will take place on 6 May, at 10:00 CEST.
National expertise hubs within the ENERCOM Facility network also offer events.
