Covenant of Mayors “Cities Heat Detox” campaign

Autumn has arrived, raising the question: How can we heat our cities sustainably, healthily, and affordably? In line with this theme, the EU Covenant of Mayors (CoM) has launched the “Cities Heat Detox” campaign, seeking best practice examples for decarbonizing heating and cooling systems in line with the EU’s goal to phase out gas use – for cleaner air, a stronger economy, and more resilient communities.

  • You can also upload a video message
  • or create an interactive “Detox Mix” that represents your city’s unique approach, visualizing it like a healthy drink, to present your initiatives publicly within the campaign.
