Insights into long-term application of the ESG Cockpit

Raiffeisen Bank International (RBI) will share its experiences and insights from years of using the ESG Cockpit at the 14th Austrian Innovation Forum (AIF) 2024. The journalist and TV anchor Tarek Leitner interviews Petra Busswald, Managing Director of akaryon GmbH and Anita Wagner-Lang, Sustainability Expert at Raiffeisen Bank International, for this purpose.

Among other topics, they will discuss the needs that companies had at the beginning of the ESG Cockpit’s development about 12 years ago and which aspects were particularly important for setting up the software through akaryon. RBI, one of the first users of the ESG Cockpit, will address the challenges of obtaining reliable data and the benefits of the tool’s implementation so far. Also forthcoming developments and requirements in ESG reporting will be debated—keyword: European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS).

The discussion will take place as part of the AIF “Pure practice” format under the title “DATA FOR SUSTAINABILITY | ESG as an Innovation Driver in the Triple Transition.
